Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize gas box systems for semiconductor manufacturing
Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., SEMI, ASME, NFPA)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Process engineers, System engineers, NPME, GPS, TPS, Lab Ops, Buyers, OEM manufacturers and local machine shops
Conduct failure analysis and implement design improvements
Conduct Concept, Detailed and Final Design reviews
Support installation, testing, and troubleshooting of gas delivery systems
Submit Product Change Request based on customer requests
Review and Approve Engineering Change Request, Supplier Problem Sheet
Review and Approve Cap Code Request for new gas configuration on new shipment
Initiate Supplier Collaboration Vault for prototype and/or lab support designs
Collaborate with Component Engineering on new Product Developments (MFC, pneumatic/hybrid/manual valve, filter, regulator, Flow Ratio Controller, Integrate Mass Flow Specification)

Required

Master's in Mechanical Engineering / Bachelor's
5+ years in semiconductor gas delivery systems
Mechanical Design & Engineering
Proficiency in CAD software (NX/SolidWorks/ AutoCAD)
Knowledge of fluid dynamics, gas compatibility, Macro Flow and gas flow control
Familiarity with high-purity gas systems, and components including pneumatic valves, hybrid/manual valves, regulators, filters, ev manifolds, pressure switch
Understanding of safety protocols for hazardous gases
