Order Processing Specialist
CSAT Solutions LP is a company that values outstanding people as the key to its success. They are seeking an Order Processing Specialist who will monitor and schedule orders, perform data entry, analyze submissions, and support operations to ensure timely fulfillment.

Responsibilities
Monitors and schedules all orders being received to ensure orders are properly scheduled for fulfillment
Performs data entry responsibilities for the creation of all manual orders into the system. This will include but not limited to single order entry and bulk order uploads
Analyzes manual order submission and provides feedback to the designated parties. This analysis will include but not be limited to the following items incorrect addresses, order details information, stock limitations/constraints, and capacity limitations
Supports the operation in providing feedback to any orders at risk of missing the targeted fulfillment date. This will include providing email feedback to any additional parties as designated by management
Supports the operation in ordering all required material from the warehouse to ensure that the material is available for order fulfillment
Evaluates all order configuration change requests for potential impact and provides feedback to management based on that analysis
Performs all order configuration changes once the changes have received the necessary approvals
Troubleshoots all order fulfillment errors concerning system configuration settings on a customer-by-customer basis and provides feedback on issues to all designated parties
Maintains all order documentation pertaining to customer order fulfillment
Manages all part ordering configurations and substitute part logic used for fulfillment
Responsible for meeting ISO 9001 and/or other quality system requirements in their department
May perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proficient English abilities required
Must be able to perform multiple duties and complete assigned duties with deadlines
Email and written messaging with basic excel knowledge
Ability to follow documented procedures, standards and policies
Excellent time-management skills
Must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment with close supervision
Preferred
Associates degree in a related field, preferred
1 year or more customer service skills in a related field, preferred
Experience in electronics repair or manufacturing environment, preferred
Familiarity with continuous improvement methods, preferred
