Responsibilities
Accurately record financial transactions, including contracts, expenses, revenue and payroll into accounting software
Prepare and process accounts payable invoices, manage vendor payments, and oversee outstanding receivables
Process staff payroll
Perform reconciliation of bank statements and general ledger accounts
Generate financial reports
Assist with annual audit preparation
Maintain and file administrative documents
Prepare and maintain employee records
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in financial software applications for data entry, reporting, and record management
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration within teams
Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-moving environment
Previous accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, payroll processing, grant reporting and audit preparation experience
Advance Microsoft Excel skills
