Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate SAFe Agile ceremonies such as PI Planning, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and Scrum of Scrums

Manage and maintain program and team backlogs, ensuring alignment with priorities and business objectives

Collaborate with product owners, delivery teams, customers, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are clearly defined and met

Remove impediments and proactively identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities

Support Agile maturity and promote adoption of SAFe best practices across the organization

Participate in enterprise-level planning events and strategic alignment meetings with IT leadership and stakeholders

Track team performance and provide metrics to support decision making and continuous improvement
