Responsibilities
Lead and manage financial statement audit engagements from planning through issuance
Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining strong, responsive relationships
Review audit workpapers, financial statements, and disclosures for GAAP compliance
Apply auditing standards and firm methodology to complex audit issues
Supervise, coach, and develop Staff and Senior Accountants
Manage engagement budgets, timelines, and staffing across multiple audits
Provide performance feedback and support professional development of direct reports
Identify opportunities to improve audit efficiency, quality, and client service
Contribute to firm initiatives, process improvements, and staff training
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of public accounting experience, audit-focused
Demonstrated experience managing audit engagements and supervising staff
Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and auditing standards
CPA license or CPA-eligible strongly preferred
Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines effectively
Collaborative, solution-minded leadership style
