Responsibilities
Ensure executive spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization
Monitor and reset furniture, stock refreshments, and maintain a welcoming environment
Oversee specialty features and amenities within the executive area to ensure proper functionality
Serve as a point of contact for executive-level support needs, addressing requests promptly and professionally
Review event and meeting specifications to ensure accurate room setup
Arrange furniture, equipment, and technology to meet requirements for meetings, presentations, and Town Halls
Confirm spaces are clean, organized, and ready for use
Receive, sort, and label incoming packages and shipments
Prepare items for delivery or storage and assist with outgoing shipments to ensure timely dispatch
Track and reconcile office supply inventory using established systems
Maintain organized storage areas and ensure accurate data entry for inventory records
Deliver packages and shipments promptly to associates
Coordinate with team members for efficient distribution and maintain a safe, clutter-free environment
Partner with team members to support daily operations and special projects
Assist with event coordination and other initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Technical or vocational training in facilities or logistics is a plus
1–2 years in facilities support, warehouse operations, or a similar role preferred
Familiarity with inventory systems and basic computer skills
Experience handling packages and performing physical tasks safely
Ability to follow detailed instructions and diagrams
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Physical ability to lift and move packages safely
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
