Serve as the operational translator between the CTO, patient accounts, and Information Technology (IT)

Provide specialized knowledge of clinical trial billing to ensure accurate and timely charge capture

Identify and resolve systemic issues that delay billing or create audit vulnerabilities

Facilitate communication and workflow optimization across departments

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, management information systems or a related field

Associates degree in computer science, engineering, data science, management information systems or a related field and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time computer systems or business systems analyst experience

High School diploma or High School Equivalency diploma with a diploma or certificate in a computer science, or related field and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time computer systems or business systems analyst experience

Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices
