Responsibilities

Install, inspect, and maintain equipment according to specifications and safety standards

Diagnose technical problems and determine proper solutions in a timely manner

Perform scheduled and emergency repairs on-site or remotely

Document service reports, including repairs made and parts used

Provide customer training and support on equipment operation and maintenance

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, customer support) to resolve issues

Maintain tools, parts, and service vehicle in good working condition

Stay up to date with new technologies and service procedures

Required

High school diploma or equivalent (technical or vocational training preferred)

1-3 years of experience in a technical service, maintenance, or repair role

Strong mechanical or electrical troubleshooting skills

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Travel required to customer locations

Work may include evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts as needed

Physical requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments (indoors/outdoors)

Driving: Driving on a regular basis on behalf of the company is an essential function of this role. A valid driver's license and safe driving history is required
