The successful candidate will provide subject matter expertise across the Warehouse Management and Inventory modules within Oracle EBS R12, driving operational excellence and supporting business transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities
Provide functional expertise in Oracle EBS R12 Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Inventory (INV) modules
Lead workshops with business users to capture warehouse and logistics process requirements
Design and configure Oracle WMS solutions to optimize receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping processes
Support integration between WMS and other EBS modules such as Order Management (OM) , Purchasing (PO) , Manufacturing (WIP/BOM) , and Shipping Execution (WSH)
Assist in the design of barcode scanning and mobile warehouse transactions (e.g. MSCA)
Develop and execute functional test scripts , support UAT , and manage deployment activities
Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, ensuring minimal disruption to warehouse operations
Prepare functional documentation , configuration workbooks, and training materials
Work closely with technical teams to design custom reports, extensions, or interfaces when required
Support inventory reconciliation , cycle counting , and warehouse optimization initiatives
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on experience as a Functional Consultant in Oracle EBS R12 WMS and Inventory modules
Proven ability to deliver functional solutions across warehouse and logistics processes
Strong understanding of warehouse management best practices, including inventory control, lot/serial tracking, LPN management, wave planning, and task management
Experience with Oracle Mobile Supply Chain Applications (MSCA) and barcode/RF integrations
Solid knowledge of interfacing WMS with Order Management, Purchasing, and Manufacturing modules
Strong experience in functional configuration, testing, and issue resolution
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, particularly in a remote working environment
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred
Experience with Oracle EBS R12.2.x upgrades or patching
Exposure to Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) or Discrete Manufacturing (WIP/BOM) environments
Familiarity with Oracle Shipping Execution (WSH) and Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP)
Understanding of 3PL integrations, transportation management, or logistics systems
Oracle certifications related to Supply Chain or WMS preferred
