Responsibilities

Lead a team including an associate director, research scientists, project directors, research staff, and administrative staff
Ensure that WCW’s research, operations, and outreach strategies work harmoniously to sustain and amplify its impact and visibility
Articulate and champion the practical applications and outcomes of WCW’s research
Expand the Centers’ resources and enrich its scholarly community
Serve as a liaison with partners across the Wagner Centers and academic departments
Work cooperatively with the Provost and President to ensure synergy between WCW and the College
