Responsibilities
Originate, develop, and close high-value sales opportunities with hedge funds and institutional allocators
Build and maintain deep, trusted client relationships, with regular in-person engagement
Clearly articulate complex product value by developing a strong understanding of the platform’s technical and data architecture
Own pipeline creation and progression end-to-end in a fast-paced growth environment
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver bespoke solutions aligned to client financing and treasury needs
Qualification
Required
A credible, trusted, and collaborative professional with strong market reputation
Senior-level experience in hedge fund financing, ideally from a top-tier hedge fund or prime broker (Director level or above)
Deep understanding of: Swap and debit financing methodologies, Securities lending, Margin and capital usage, Financing wallets and balance-sheet optimisation
Strong technical curiosity and willingness to master a sophisticated fintech platform
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with executive-level presence
Proven track record of success in complex, consultative sales environments
Self-starter mentality with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
