Be a subject matter expert in calculating commissions for the sales team
Have exposure to senior leaders in the organization
Have the opportunity to improve processes
Be involved in ad hoc reporting
Handle data validation
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in an analytical role and experience with large data sets
Advanced Excel skills, SQL or Varicent (or related tool)
Strong communication skills
Preferred
Bachelors degree
Some Accounting knowledge
