Responsibilities

Build and maintain pricing and financial models to support client fee arrangements, budgets, and matter forecasts

Review and implement client-specific rate agreements in collaboration with billing and finance teams

Conduct profitability, realization, and variance analyses to identify trends and optimize pricing performance

Prepare financial reports and present key insights to leadership, partners, and other stakeholders

Support pricing-related components of RFPs, client negotiations, and Outside Counsel Guideline reviews

Collaborate on annual rate reviews and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy

Provide ad hoc analytical support to drive transparency and informed decision-making across the firm
