Responsibilities
Monitor and optimize Linux system performance, stability, and uptime
Architect, implement, and manage a growing US production environment
Automate operational workflows and reduce risk through tooling and scripting
Support live trading applications and proactively address performance bottlenecks
Investigate and resolve complex issues across OS, network, and application layers
Improve observability through monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and runbooks
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience operating Linux systems in demanding production environments
Proven background supporting mission-critical infrastructure (trading experience is a plus)
Strong knowledge of Linux, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, routing), and hardware
Familiarity with change management, incident response, and system monitoring best practices
Proficiency in Bash and/or Python for automation and operational tooling
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to quickly identify root causes
Proactive approach to spotting inefficiencies and implementing improvements
Clear communicator able to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams
Authorized to work in the United States
