Responsibilities
Manage, maintain, and grow an established commercial loan portfolio
Develop new commercial relationships through networking, community involvement, and business development activities
Evaluate, structure, and underwrite commercial loan requests, ensuring alignment with bank credit policies and regulatory standards
Serve as a primary point of contact for commercial clients, delivering exceptional service and timely communication
Represent the bank within the community by participating in local events, organizations, and business groups
Collaborate with internal teams to support the overall goals of the bank
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of commercial lending experience required
Formal credit training or equivalent hands-on credit analysis experience is essential
Proven ability to manage and grow a commercial portfolio
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Community-focused mindset with a desire to engage and be visible locally
Willingness to relocate to a small town in central Texas (Specific Location Provided in Preliminary Phone Call)
