Responsibilities
Perform quality observations and inspections throughout the manufacturing process
Conduct equipment services, setup, and calibration to ensure operational readiness
Execute product testing and verification activities according to established protocols
Monitor environmental conditions to maintain compliance with regulatory standards
Analyze returned products to identify root causes and support corrective actions
Maintain accurate and timely quality documentation in alignment with company procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5+ years in a quality-focused role within a regulated industry (medical device experience preferred)
Strong understanding of quality processes, documentation, and testing methodologies
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
No formal degree required; equivalent experience in quality or manufacturing is acceptable
