Responsibilities

Support marketing and analytics initiatives by organizing performance data, building dashboards, and translating insights into clear visual formats
Assist in constructing datasets, monitoring campaign activity, and maintaining routine reporting workflows
Contribute to campaign setup reviews, performance tracking, and measurement-related tasks across assigned advertiser categories
Help prepare client-facing deliverables and internal documentation, including reports, learning materials, and training support
Coordinate cross-functional follow-ups and contribute to project tracking to ensure smooth operational execution

Required

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data, uncover trends, and translate insights into clear recommendations
Familiarity with major social platforms—Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X/Twitter, and YouTube—and an understanding of their core advertising formats and best practices
Foundational knowledge of digital advertising principles, including CPM, CTR, ROAS, audience segmentation, and A/B testing methodologies
Proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel) for organizing data, building reports, and supporting performance analysis
Interest in product operations, particularly in areas such as workflow optimization, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively partner with product, marketing, and creative teams

Preferred

Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment
High attention to detail when reviewing creative assets, ad copy, and campaign setups
Proactive, curious, and solution-oriented, with a willingness to experiment, test ideas, and adapt based on data-driven insights
Able to intern for 6 months or longer; candidates available to work 5 days a week onsite in our San Jose office are preferred
