Director, E-Commerce
Telementum Global is a holding company for recognized brands in mobile accessories, and they are seeking a Director of E-Commerce to oversee their D2C eCommerce business. This role involves managing their Amazon business and internal e-commerce sites, leading sales strategy and promotional planning to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities
Manage all product lines across Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central
Develop and execute promotions, discounts, and merchandising strategies to drive sales velocity and marketplace competitiveness
Direct the development of visual assets, including product images and enhanced content
Lead and guide external paid advertising agencies across Amazon Advertising, ensuring budgets, campaigns, and KPIs align with sales goals
Monitor and manage sales targets, quotas, and profitability metrics across the Amazon ecosystem
Conduct weekly business meetings with Amazon to align on KPI's, channel performance, and growth opportunities
Oversee performance and operations of all internal company websites
Develop an overarching revenue maximization strategy, identifying site-level opportunities, challenges, and conversion optimizations
Direct marketing, creative needs, and visual asset development for all website content, product pages, and landing experiences
Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, product, IT) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and promotions
Lead weekly and quarterly performance reviews covering sales, traffic, conversion, advertising results, and profitability across both Amazon and internal websites
Use data insights to refine strategy, guide forecasting, and support inventory and demand planning
Identify trends and recommend tactical or strategic adjustments to meet revenue targets
Track performance metrics (ROAS, CPC, CPA, ACOS, TACOS) and adjust campaigns to maximize profitability
Qualification
Required
5-7 years of experience in e-commerce management or digital sales roles
Including 3+ years of direct experience leading Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central platforms
Strong understanding of Amazon VC/SC platforms, AMS, SEO, and digital merchandising
Experience managing creative asset development and external marketing/advertising agencies
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional leadership abilities
