Senior LevelSME Careers is a fast-growing AI data services company and subsidiary of SuperAnnotate. As a Senior C++ Engineer, you will work remotely to review AI-generated C++ code and generate high-quality reference implementations, while assessing solutions for accuracy and clarity.

Responsibilities
Develop AI Training Content: Create detailed prompts in various topics and responses to guide AI learning, ensuring the models reflect a comprehensive understanding of diverse subjects
Optimize AI Performance: Evaluate and rank AI responses to enhance the model's accuracy, fluency, and contextual relevance
Ensure Model Integrity: Test AI models for potential inaccuracies or biases, validating their reliability across use cases
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in C++ programming language
Experience in reviewing and optimizing AI-generated code
Strong understanding of systems design
Ability to generate high-quality reference implementations
Experience in assessing solutions for accuracy, clarity, safety, and adherence to prompts
Skill in identifying errors in logic, memory handling, concurrency, or performance
Ability to fact-check technical information
Experience in writing high-quality explanations and model solutions
Ability to rate and compare multiple AI responses based on correctness and reasoning quality
