Senior Project Manager - Utilities
Dibble Engineering is a civil engineering firm providing solutions to municipalities and private clients. They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee utility infrastructure projects, ensuring quality and client satisfaction while leading multidisciplinary teams and managing budgets.

Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of water treatment infrastructure including groundwater treatment and surface water treatment for small systems
Lead the design and implementation of water and wastewater conveyance infrastructure, including pipelines, wells, boosters, reservoirs, gravity sewer mains, lift stations, force mains, and odor control systems
Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules
Coordinate with clients, design teams, internal staff, and external resources throughout the project lifecycle
Provide technical guidance to engineers, EITs, and technicians
Monitor project performance and ensure quality control of deliverables
Set up project accounting and budget tracking systems
Prepare invoices and follow up with clients to ensure timely payments
Conduct QA/QC reviews and ensure compliance with standards
Mentor junior staff and support career development
Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to pursue new opportunities
Participate in proposal development and client interviews
Assemble and manage project teams, including sub-consultants
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and strategic planning
Represent Dibble at industry events and conferences
Qualification

The ability to consistently meet project deadlines while always maintaining a high level of quality
Technical knowledge of engineering principles
Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of the project team including technicians, engineers, sub-consultants and clients
Ability to effectively communicate project and billing status and needs with the client
Proven leadership skills and the ability to successfully negotiate acceptable contracts
B.S. degree in Civil Engineering is preferred, and 10 to 15 years of experience in civil engineering
Minimum 5 years Project Management experience
Must have a valid Arizona driver's license or be able to obtain a valid Arizona driver's license within 3 months of start date
Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Arizona or the ability to obtain registration within six months
