Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end monthly payroll activities, including collating and validating inputs, outputs, and statutory reporting

Drive process improvements and system implementations to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy

Ensure compliance with payroll and benefits processes in line with new policies or regulatory changes

Prepare payroll reports and analysis, supporting finance in audits (internal/external)

Oversee payroll vendors, ensuring strict adherence to contracts and SLAs

Liaise with authorities (e.g., social security, tax) to ensure compliance

Collaborate with HR business partners and HR operations to improve employee experience

Required

Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Masters in Accounting/Finance or Data Management, or a related field

Experience in payroll tools and processing

Proficiency in payroll tools
