Responsibilities
Respond promptly and courteously to inbound customer calls regarding order delivery and assembly services
Act as a customer advocate by actively listening, identifying needs, and providing clear, accurate information
Research and resolve customer inquiries efficiently by coordinating with internal departments and external partners as necessary
Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of all customer interactions and resolutions in the designated systems

Adhere to established policies, procedures, and performance metrics to ensure service excellence
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred
Minimum of one year of experience in customer service, preferably in a logistics or e-commerce environment
Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail
Proficiency in computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools

Experience with LTL, FTL, or hub-and-spoke linehaul operations
