Responsibilities
Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts
Handle phone calls with professionalism and discretion
Plan events, arrange travel (domestic/international), and process expense reports
Assist with onboarding/offboarding, team platforms, and office support
Create and format documents using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Pro
Support ad-hoc projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Qualification
Required
5+ years' experience supporting C-level executives (financial services/banking industry is mandatory)
Experience in large organizations is mandatory (preferably Bank/Financial Services)!
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Experience with Concur is required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
Knowledge of O365/Teams a plus
