Responsibilities

Manage the full contract life-cycle
Partner closely with business leaders in a fast-moving environment to assist throughout all stages of procurement and contract negotiations
Draft, negotiate, analyze, review, and redline construction contracts, change orders, releases, service agreements, vendor and supplier agreements, and other commercial documents to identify clauses that may pose compliance, liability, or risk concerns for the organization
Deliver timely responses and efficient contract reviews
Maintain and update standard contract templates to align with company policies and industry best practices
Collaborate daily with the Legal Department to advance team objectives and ensure seamless communication

Required

Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification required
At least 5 years of experience, ideally within an in-house legal team or similar setting
Prior experience with construction-related contracts is required
Highly skilled with utilizing a CLM such as Agiloft or IronClad
Strong analytical skills with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities
Skilled in negotiation and adept at building consensus
Solid understanding of the contracting process, including drafting, interpreting, and assessing contractual obligations
Ability to interpret technical documents, confirm required terms, and identify potential issues or risks
