Candidate must be able to conduct audits, reviews and compilations for privately held businesses and be versed in current accounting standards
Must be able to prepare audited, reviewed and compiled financial statements
Review workpapers prepared by staff and offer feedback
Manage multiple engagements concurrently with various teams to efficiently meet client deadlines
Provide supervision, training and support to the engagement staff and promote open communication to the engagement partner
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Strong analytical skills
Time management skills
Communication skills
PC skills including proficiency with MS Office
Well versed in current accounting standards
Ability to effectively manage engagements
Professionally represent the firm during client visits
CPA License
5 plus year's public accounting experience
Professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude
Exceptional client service and communication skills
