Responsibilities
Support all technical swim lanes with content creation, design, and continuous improvement of technical materials
Assist technical trainers with daily instructional duties, such as:
Ensuring rooms are set up for activities
Material availability for activities, and
Observing students to ensure they comprehend the material
Project support for the Qual Card digitization, which may include:
Creating process maps
Overseeing the creation of a landing page, and
Documenting the go forward standard process after digitization is complete
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field
Previous experience in a training or instructional role
Preferred
Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing
Technical writing
Microsoft Office Tool Suite
