Familiarity with a mix of any the following is very beneficial: Formation of business organizations; corporate governance matters; venture capital; M&A; diligence; bank financing; executive compensation; stock or cash-based employee incentive plans; licensing agreements; distribution agreements; succession in closely held or family businesses; management and leveraged buy-outs; compliance with disclosure obligations under the federal and state securities laws
