Responsibilities

Deliver responsive, high-quality technical support to customers and internal teams via chat and email
Troubleshoot and resolve routine technical issues, including access issues, data discrepancies, and campaign setup questions
Partner with the Data Operations Manager to build, configure, and launch customer campaigns across CRM and internal tools
Identify and resolve data-related challenges while maintaining high standards for accuracy and consistency
Support customer onboarding by helping organize, interpret, and prepare customer data for successful implementation
Build and maintain scalable help desk documentation to reduce friction and enable self-service
Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Operations to ensure a smooth customer experience across the lifecycle

Qualification

Required

1–3 years of experience in technical support, technical operations, or a similar role
Experience working with structured data (spreadsheets, CRM data, campaign files)
Strong Google Sheets / Excel skills, including formulas and data accuracy
Excellent written communication skills — clear, friendly, and customer-focused
Strong troubleshooting skills and general technical aptitude
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong follow-through
Full-time role with standard business hours
Must work East Coast hours (Central time zone acceptable)
Fully remote within the United States

Preferred

Experience providing technical software support to car dealerships
Experience working with automotive CRMs (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, DealerSocket, VinSolutions, etc.)
Experience supporting CRM templates, campaigns, or data workflows
Startup or high-growth environment experience
Exposure to SQL, APIs, or integrations (nice to have, not required)
