CNC ESPRIT Programmer

Mid LevelFlexTrades is the nation’s leading provider of traveling skilled trade work, and they are seeking experienced CNC ESPRIT Programmers for project-based assignments. This role involves programming CNC machines, performing setups, and transitioning validated programs to operators for production.

Responsibilities
Program CNC machines and perform setup and prove-out at the machine
Transition validated programs to operators for production
Offline programming using Esprit CAM software
Work from 3D models created in CREO Parametric, provided in STEP file format
Combine separate mill and turning operations into single-machine processes
Qualification
Required
Experience with ESPRIT CAM, CREO Parametric, and STEP files
Ability to perform macro programming for machine and part variables
Understanding of GD&T callouts (runout, position, perpendicularity, finish)
Ability to program Renishaw probing
Willingness to create setup sheets using provided templates
Comfortable working with a wide range of metal materials, including slugs, round bar stock, carbon steel castings, and heat-treated parts
Preferred
Familiarity with Vericut for program simulation
Controllers: OSP-P500 and OSP-P300
