Responsibilities

Lead all video production for partnership-driven content

Collaborate closely with the Associate Athletic Director for Production, the Deputy Athletics Director for Corporate Partnerships, and the Assistant Athletics Director for Media Partnerships, Distribution & Revenue

Ideate and deliver compelling, organic partnership and NIL multimedia campaigns

Oversee multiple projects at once, navigating strict deadlines and demonstrating exceptional time-management skills

Provide coverage on nights, weekends, and holidays for content capture at home football games and select events across other sports

Partner with the Digital Initiatives, Data & Analytics team to track campaign effectiveness and use data-driven insights to inform strategy and reporting

Required

Bachelor's degree

5+ years expert level knowledge in all aspects of video production; including but not limited to, ENG camera operation, Adobe Suite (special emphasis on Premiere Pro & After Effects), lighting, audio, and staging

Previous experience in production of partnership video content

Experience managing client relationships in the production of video or multimedia content
