Responsibilities

Assist in collecting and reviewing client documentation for KYC/AML compliance

Support the team in conducting Customer Due Diligence checks

Collaborate with internal teams (Compliance, Legal, Operations) to resolve KYC-related issues

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to successfully onboard new clients and existing clients onto new services

Support account managers in managing client accounts and delivering exceptional service

Required

You are engaged in studies focused on Finance, Business Administration or Legal, or demonstrated interest in working in the financial industry

You have strong communication and interpersonal skills

You have the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines and are problem-solving

You have the willingness to learn and critical thinking abilities

You bring a strong attention to detail and organizational skills

You are proficient in both written and spoken English and Spanish

You are eligible to work in the US (visa, green card or US citizen)
