Responsibilities
Provides product support and customer service for Composite Sales
Allocates material from inventory, coordinates inventory management and weekly update of in-stock composite items
Assist in data/order entry and order management, including sending customer order acknowledgements, order changes, and order tracking
Manage customer expediting
Assisting sales team in other duties as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related discipline from four-year college or university; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization
Ability to apply attention to detail
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry to interpret graphs or charts
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Requires the ability to operate desktop PC, related software, printer, copier, calculator, fax and telephone
