Board Certified Behavior Analyst
United Care ABA is a collaborative clinical community dedicated to supporting families across all five NYC boroughs. They are seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans while providing mentorship and support to staff.
Responsibilities
Develop, oversee, and update individualized ABA treatment plans
Supervise and mentor RBTs and support staff
Conduct assessments and data-driven treatment updates
Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams
Ensure ethical and regulatory compliance
Participate in clinical collaboration, QA reviews, and team meetings
Deliver services through remote, in-home, and/or center-based models
Qualification
Required
NY Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) required
BCBA certification required
Master's degree in ABA or related field
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
Passion for ethical, high-quality, family-centered care
Preferred
Experience in ABA preferred, but newly certified BCBAs are welcome
