Technical Program Manager, Google Cloud Platform Reliability

Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams across large-scale, complex programs focused on GCP reliability
Direct a portfolio of strategic, complex, multidisciplinary programs that significantly accelerate business impact
Scale program management best practices for team and organization and adjust portfolio strategy to address complex changing circumstances across organization
Work closely with the engineering and product leadership team to transform the operations and effectiveness of the broader organization
Drive program strategy and lead program teams to deliver business, operational, and technical improvements, orchestrate across a set of cross-functional stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
10 years of experience in a technical program management role
Experience with site reliability engineering, developer operations, and developer experience metrics
Preferred
10 years of experience managing complex cross-functional or cross-team projects
10 years of experience managing execution of programs that span multiple engineering teams
Understanding of the product life-cycle in a fast-moving environment
Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries
