Business Development Manager
MIGSO-PCUBED is the largest global consulting company specializing in program and project management services and solutions. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to develop and expand business relationships, manage a team, and oversee profit center activities in the Detroit area.
Responsibilities
Build your portfolio, identify growth opportunities, manage the scope of activity by building relationships with key account customers, and sell premier Project Management services
Partner with our Talent Acquisition Team to interview and hire top candidates to support and develop your Hub’s consultant team
Identify growth areas and empower your team to reach their potential through coaching, career path development, and more
Ensure project success alongside your consultants, Delivery Managers, and clients
Manage revenue growth and profitability objectives of your business unit while guaranteeing client satisfaction
Qualification
Required
You hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
4-10 years of experience in service sales or client account management
Experience closing large scale business deals with enterprise level organizations
Keen interest in the various industrial projects and the challenges of different sectors
Ability to solve customers' critical problems with project management services and solutions
Business-minded, results-oriented, and possess self-discipline, consistency, and desire to lead and unite multidisciplinary teams
Ability to build and maintain impactful relationships internally and with clients
Local to the Metro Detroit area
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
