Responsibilities
Electrical System Installation – Install, maintain, and replace electrical systems and components, including wiring, panels, outlets, switches, light fixtures, and circuit breakers in residential homes
System Inspections & Testing – Conduct inspections and electrical tests to ensure safety, functionality, and code compliance
Troubleshooting & Diagnostics – Diagnose electrical problems, identify system malfunctions, and provide effective solutions
Customer Interaction – Communicate with homeowners to explain electrical issues, recommend solutions, and provide service updates
Code Compliance – Ensure all electrical installations meet national, state, and local electrical codes
Service Calls & Estimates – Respond to service requests, handle call-outs, and provide accurate cost estimates for proposed electrical work
Documentation – Use ServiceTitan to accurately record service calls, installations, repairs, and materials used
Safety Compliance – Follow all electrical safety standards, PPE usage, and best practices to ensure safe and efficient service
Customer Service – Deliver outstanding service with professionalism, courtesy, and a customer-first mindset
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as an electrical installer or in a similar residential electrical role
Valid electrical license, if required by state or local regulations
Strong understanding of residential electrical systems, panel installations, wiring, outlets, lighting, and code requirements
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to explain technical work clearly to customers
Ability to perform accurate installations and diagnostics while maintaining high safety and quality standards
Dedicated to delivering top-tier service and ensuring customer satisfaction
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
Preferred
Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar field service management tools is a plus
