Support communication efforts during events and retail promotions
Assist customers by answering questions and providing clear product information
Represent client brands professionally and deliver key talking points accurately
Help coordinate event materials, product displays, and promotional setups
Gather customer feedback and share updates with the team
Maintain organized communication logs and assist with daily operational tasks
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-service oriented with a friendly and professional attitude
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S
