Responsibilities

Provide consistent, hands-on support to Business Development Center (BDC) agents

Aid in driving agent performance through coaching, feedback, and performance monitoring

Assist in on boarding and training of new team members to ensure a smooth transition and strong foundation

Support the Business Development Manager in daily operations and strategic goal achievement

Ensure customer expectations are met throughout the service process

Deliver timely and accurate reporting to support decision-making and performance tracking

Handle complex or sensitive customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism

Assign outbound tasks and monitor follow-through to ensure productivity

Ensure timely and appropriate responses to customer and prospect emails

Uphold and enforce all company policies and procedures
