Director -- Global Forecasting and Data Management (GFD)

Fleet Data Centers designs, builds, and operates mega-scale data center campuses, addressing the demand for new Cloud and AI infrastructure. The Director of Global Forecasting and Data Management will lead the sourcing, negotiation, and procurement of electrical equipment, while also managing planning and data management processes for industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive planning/forecasting strategies aligned with organizational objectives
Lead end-to-end planning management
Build industry best practices and systems to meet business needs
Manage master data processes
Assess and mitigate supply chain risks through strategic planning
Oversee category lifecycle management and transition strategies
Monitor and report on key performance metrics including cost savings, procurement cycle times, and market conditions

Required

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
7+ years of experience in procurement, planning or supply chain management, with at least 3 years focused on data center mission critical infrastructure
Deep understanding of data center systems and associated vendors (OEMs and integrators)
Experience working in fast-paced, large-scale infrastructure or data center projects
Strong knowledge of supply chain management tools, data analytics, and BI tools
Excellent project management, contract management, change management and communication skills
Knowledge of sustainability and social responsibility in supply chain

Preferred

MBA, MS in Supply Chain or advanced degree in engineering or other quantitative disciplines
Certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, or Six Sigma Black Belt
Proven track record in implementing process improvement initiatives and driving operational excellence
