The role involves assisting in production, coordination, and documentation of projects and utility plans, as well as supporting the Utility team with technical data and project specifications.

Responsibilities
Assist in production, coordination, organization and documentation of projects and utility plans
Research and collect technical data to support manager and Utility team
Assist in preparation of specifications for projects
Coordinate and track project submittals
Prepare and, track permit application, including engineering reports for regulatory agency review and approval
May assist with project data input, project logs and document control
Perform other such right of way related duties as manager may deem necessary
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills required to enter data into spreadsheets or databases
Math skills to perform simple calculations
Writing and communication skills
