The Tech Lawyer will serve as the single point of contact for startups, providing legal support and advising on regulatory impacts, while collaborating with a team of tech counsels.

Responsibilities

Serve as the single point of contact for fast-scaling startups, providing them with support for their day-to-day legal needs

Advise innovative companies on how to mitigate the regulatory impact on their products and services

Work closely with a great team of other tech counsels in building and advancing our practice in the fields of contracts, IP, and digital regulations

Take ownership of your client relationships, projects, and decisions – with the freedom to shape how you work

Required

Swiss bar admission

Full professional proficiency in both German and English

Strong interest in technology and digital business models

Preferred

Hands-on technological experience – for example: Having built an app, Having constructed a robot, Holding a drone license

Business experience – for example: Having started a company yourself, Having worked in a small startup, Having worked in venture capital

Relevant legal experience – for example: Drafting and negotiating software contracts, Working with regulated technologies (e.g. medical devices, drones, dual-use goods, AI)
