Responsibilities
Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements; lead month/year-end closes with reconciliations and analysis
Manage General Ledger, fixed assets, cost accounting, inventory, and compliance reporting (taxes, regulations)
Support budgeting, forecasting, process improvements, and administrative projects
Assume advanced roles: Develop strategies, oversee treasury/cash flow/banking, implement controls, lead/mentor staff, optimize insurance/401(k), advise on HR/credit
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance
2+ years experience, ideally manufacturing
Strong GAAP/Excel skills
Analytical prowess
Clear communicator for non-finance teams
Self-motivated leader who thrives independently in small teams
