Responsibilities

Partner with Sales to define solution scope, deliverables, timelines, and implementation requirements

Provide input on pricing, effort estimation, and resource needs to ensure accurate proposals and margin-aware delivery

Participate in client-facing pre-sales conversations as a subject matter expert on onboarding, implementation, and program delivery

Lead planning and execution of client onboarding projects from contract signature to go-live

Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables; manage client expectations throughout

Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure seamless client delivery, including managing scope changes and shifting priorities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding and ongoing program support, building trust across stakeholder levels

Monitor KPIs (e.g., adoption, completion rates, phishing simulation outcomes, compliance readiness) and ensure client objectives are met

Anticipate risks, remove blockers with urgency, resolve issues, and maintain strong client relationships—especially for complex enterprise accounts with moving targets

Standardize and continuously improve onboarding frameworks and client success processes to drive consistency and scale

Develop and maintain training materials, playbooks, and client resources

Partner with Operations, Content, Product, and Sales to identify efficiencies, improve time-to-value, and protect margins

Contribute to content development strategies aligned with best practices and cost considerations, helping balance client needs with scalable delivery

Partner with HR to onboard, schedule, and manage instructional resources (internal and/or contracted) delivering live training for Middle East clients, ensuring coverage, readiness, and alignment to client requirements, time zones, and cultural expectations

Provide regular updates to clients and leadership on progress, risks, and opportunities

Analyze client data to identify trends, inform strategies, and support renewals/expansions through measurable impact reporting

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Cybersecurity, Education, or related field (Master's a plus)

5+ years of experience in project management, client success, or program management (experience in SaaS, training, or cybersecurity highly preferred)

Experience supporting Sales teams with solution scoping, pricing, and pre-implementation planning

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously

Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship management skills
