Educates patients regarding payment options using guidelines and application procedures for programs such as Minnesota Medical Assistance, Minnesota Care, and MNsure
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
One year of customer service experience
Previous computer and software experience
Preferred
Post-high school degree or certificate
Healthcare customer service experience
Healthcare registration experience including insurance knowledge, healthcare revenue cycle, or electronic medical record experience (e.g., Epic)
