Generate qualified outbound pipeline for U.S. startups and scaleups
Run personalized outreach via LinkedIn, email, and Apollo/HubSpot
Identify key decision-makers and communicate company’s value proposition
Book high-quality meetings and conduct initial qualification
Leverage content, LinkedIn presence, and micro-campaigns to warm prospects
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of SDR/BDR experience targeting the U.S. market
Excellent English and confidence engaging C-level leaders
Strong outbound mindset, organization, and CRM discipline
Creative communicator who enjoys personalized outreach and prospecting
Preferred
Experience in SaaS, recruiting, staffing, or tech/HR tech
Experience with VC-backed startups or tech ecosystems
Ability to identify buying signals (funding rounds, hiring growth)
Spanish proficiency (optional, not required)
