Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate cross-functional capture teams, contributing to the identification and pursuit of high-value federal IT and defense opportunities

Develop and execute capture strategies, contribute to proposal content, and ensure alignment with customer needs and organizational goals

Collaborate with account teams to support long-term growth strategies, identify new opportunities, and expand client relationships

Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams and clients as assigned, supporting relationship building and communications

Conduct detailed research on competitors, market trends, and customer priorities to inform capture strategies

Assist in managing strategic relationships with partners or subcontractors to strengthen capture efforts

Use AI tools for market research, competitive assessments, and opportunity analysis

Apply AI to support the creation of high-quality capture artifacts, including call plans, discriminator maps, and proposal sections

Integrate AI outputs into capture and proposal processes, ensuring alignment with customer missions and REI quality standards

Promote AI adoption across the capture team and support identification of new AI use cases
