Responsibilities

End-to-End Proposal Ownership
Lead proposal execution from opportunity shaping and kickoff through final submission
Own proposal schedules, milestones, and volume integration
Drive disciplined execution across single-award and IDIQ task order proposals
AI-Enabled Proposal Execution
Leverage AI-enabled tools for RFP analysis, compliance matrices, content drafting, and quality control
Apply AI responsibly, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and data security
Standardize AI-assisted proposal processes
Compliance & Proposal Governance
Interpret and enforce Section L & M requirements
Develop compliance matrices and proposal outlines
Lead Pink, Red, Gold, and Executive reviews
Ensure AI-assisted content remains compliant and customer-focused
Content Development & Integration
Develop schedules, storyboards, and templates
Edit and integrate technical, management, staffing, and past performance volumes
Ensure consistent messaging and value propositions
Production & Submission
Manage final production, validation, and electronic submissions
Conduct final compliance checks prior to submission

Required

7+ years of federal proposal management experience
End-to-end proposal lifecycle ownership
Hands-on experience using AI-enabled proposal tools
Strong knowledge of FAR and Section L/M compliance
Experience supporting DoD, DHS, DOJ, or civilian agencies
Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
