Responsibilities

Gather, document, and analyze business requirements
Translate requirements into Salesforce solutions and user stories
Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews
Configure and maintain Salesforce (objects, fields, workflows, validation rules)
Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings
Build reports, dashboards, and automation flows
Assist in defining priorities and shaping the roadmap for Salesforce enhancements
Participate in backlog refinement and sprint planning discussions
Work closely with developers, QA, and business teams
Provide end-user training and documentation

Required

3–5 years of Salesforce experience (Admin + BA responsibilities)
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and declarative tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management

Preferred

Salesforce Administrator and Business Analyst certifications
Experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Marketing Cloud
Exposure to backlog management tools (e.g., ADO, Jira)
