Responsibilities
Management and monitoring of the Trading Voice infrastructure
Support the delivery of a range of Trading Voice services, which will involve assisting operation teams, monitoring, and controls
L2/L3 engineering and troubleshooting any Trading Voice-related issues
Certify new software releases and assess new features
Adhere to Internal Controls and Procedures
Ensure deadlines and SLA are met
Be part of the change process around production activities and review Vendor Provided SOWs
Liaise with external partners and vendors for support and change management
Ensuring appropriate escalation to management
Qualification
Required
5+ years' experience in Trader Voice Engineering
Knowledge of Trader Voice systems (IPC systems, Hoots, Private Lines, Cloud9 …etc.)
Deep SIP protocol and VoIP Telephony expertise
Experience with running software in a VDI environment
Experience with running VMs on ESXi and KVM environments
Experience with database technologies (MySQL, MS SQL), administration and query search operations
Understanding of CISCO telephony, MS Teams, and Skype for Business applications
Understanding of Private wires and Hoot Networks
