Responsibilities

Prepare periodic reports

Support reporting on receivables and overdue balances

Maintain and enhance corporate card reporting

Monitor and control supplier advances

Monitor banking integrations and file processing in Oracle

Perform reconciliations and track pending expense submissions

Act as the primary point of contact for cardholders

Manage issuance, transfers, and card cancellations

Oversee program administration, including rebates, guarantees, and associated costs

Ensure effectiveness and execution of SOx controls

Perform operational Treasury controls

Maintain proper documentation and share with relevant stakeholders

Provide documentation for payment controls

Supply bank statements and supporting evidence

Assist with journal documentation and circularization requests

Automate delivery of payment confirmations to requestors (in progress)

Support bank statement integration with Oracle (in progress)

Assist in generating debit notes (NDs)

Identify and implement automation for routine activities
